I. ACCESS BY CAR

Please allow plenty of time due to potential traffic in the Paris area, especially on July 13 and 14.

II. ACCESS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT DURING THE DAY

No free shuttle service will be provided for daytime journeys.

From Paris and the Île-de-France region:
1. Take the RER A line toward Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
2. Get off at the Saint-Germain-en-Laye terminus.
3. From the station, take a local bus toward Port-Marly.
4. Get off at the stop closest to the Les Pyramides Convention Center.
5. Walk the rest of the way to the site entrance.

III. FREE RETURN SHUTTLES

Free shuttle buses will be provided only for evening return trips:
* Monday, July 13, 2026;
* Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

The shuttle buses will operate only on the following route:
- Les Pyramides Convention Center → Saint-Germain-en-Laye RER A Station
The first trips are scheduled to begin at 11:30 p.m.

Several rotations will be organised during the scheduled time slot to allow participants using public transport to reach the Saint-Germain-en-Laye train station.

The exact times of the different rotations will be published after final confirmation of the transport service and the RER A timetable.

IV. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The free shuttle buses will not run between Paris and the Les Pyramides Convention Centre. They will only operate between: Les Pyramides Convention Centre and Saint-Germain-en-Laye train station.

After arriving at the station, participants will remain responsible for organizing the rest of their journey to Paris or their final destination.

V. PARTICIPANTS WISHING TO TAKE THE LAST RER A

Participants wishing to return by RER A train should leave the meeting early enough to take a free shuttle to Saint-Germain-en-Laye station.
The last RER A train departure time has not yet been definitively set at 00:27.

The schedules for the last shuttle buses and the last RER A train will be confirmed and published on this page closer to the event. Participants using public transport are advised to check this page before their journey.

VI. PARTICIPANTS REMAINING UNTIL THE END OF THE MEETING

Evening meetings may continue until around 2:00 a.m.
Participants who choose to stay until the end should make their own arrangements for returning home, including:
* personal vehicle;
* carpooling;
* taxi;
* ride-hailing service;
* nearby accommodations;
* night transportation available from Saint-Germain-en-Laye, subject to current schedules.

The organization does not guarantee shuttle services after the end of the officially announced time slot.

VII. ACCOMMODATION NEARBY

For your accommodation during the FRANCE REVIVAL FIRE CRUSADE 2026 at the LES PYRAMIDES CONGRESS CENTRE in Le Port-Marly, located approximately 20 minutes by car from the centre of Paris, we strongly recommend that you book your hotel as early as possible.

For participants travelling by air, we recommend choosing Paris-Orly Airport (ORY), which is significantly closer to the event venue than Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (CDG), making your journey to the convention centre simpler and more comfortable.
